Job summary

Thomas Chevrolet, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager (TARM) to analyze staffing needs and develop cost-effective recruitment strategies, plus oversee new hire training and annual retention activities.

Reporting to the VP of Organizational Development, you will attract top talent, conduct assessments, facilitate onboarding, manage HRIS and LMS compliance, and partner with leaders to sustain a positive, values-driven work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five or more years of related experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone, and in writing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create employee evaluations and manage retention activities.
