Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead North American recruiting initiatives and partner with business leaders to attract world-class talent that drives automotive innovation.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding enhancements, and university partnerships while shaping HATCI's employer brand and recruiting excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Budget management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and use of ATS/HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team and foster collaboration.
• Advise executives on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and critical roles.
• Enhance onboarding and strengthen university/industry partnerships.
• Build talent pipelines and drive employer branding initiatives.
• Manage university recruiting, internships, and early-career programs.
• Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and recruitment technology.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
