Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) in Superior Township, MI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition initiatives across our North American R&D organization.

This strategic role partners with business leaders to attract and hire world-class talent driving innovation and future mobility. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, develop workforce plans, enhance onboarding, strengthen university and industry partnerships, and build strong talent

Formación

• 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and executive roles with a strong candidate experience.
• Design and manage onboarding to ensure successful integration and retention.
• Drive employer branding, university partnerships, and external talent networks.
• Manage university recruiting, internships, and early-career initiatives.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and manage vendor partnerships.
