This strategic role partners with business leaders to attract and hire world-class talent driving innovation and future mobility. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, develop workforce plans, enhance onboarding, strengthen university and industry partnerships, and build strong talent
Qualifications
- 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience leading full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and executive roles with a strong candidate experience.
- Design and manage onboarding to ensure successful integration and retention.
- Drive employer branding, university partnerships, and external talent networks.
- Manage university recruiting, internships, and early-career initiatives.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and manage vendor partnerships.
