Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruitment across Operations, Engineering and R&D at multiple sites in the United States. The role partners with hiring managers, HR and TA leadership to deliver timely, high-impact hires in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, building pipelines for high-volume roles, conducting screens, coordinating interviews and ensuring data accuracy in Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior corporate recruiting experience required.
• Strong sourcing and high-volume or technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to partner with and influence hiring managers to drive decisions.
• Solid ATS knowledge (Workday preferred) and modern sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering and R&D across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Source passive candidates via job boards, social networks, databases, and non-traditional channels.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles to support future needs.
• Review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and move candidates through hiring stages.
• Ensure data accuracy and process discipline within Workday and other tools.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers, HR, and TA leadership.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and participate in TA projects.
