Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment efforts across multiple functions. You will manage candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing, and onboard using our HRIS system while collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs.

You will build relationships with manufacturing teams, leverage social media, and implement cost-effective strategies to fill roles quickly while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and competing priorities
• Skilled in influencing others and relationship building
• Experience with social networking and social media
• Degree in Business or Human Resources
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Experience in mining online databases
• Results driven attitude
• Bias towards action and mobilizing quickly

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment activities including candidate management, sourcing and planning
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring forecasts
• Execute recruiting plans using various sourcing strategies
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience through communication and process execution
• Facilitate and lead recruiting projects and site activities
• Coach managers in competency-based assessments during interviews
• Develop external relationships to shape sourcing strategy and pipelines
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance
• Share recruiting best practices across the TA team
