Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for business services and select attorney roles, from intake to pre-boarding.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders to define job requirements and search strategy.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes for technical and cultural fit; conduct candidate phone screens.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates, hiring teams, and Firm leadership.
• Prepare and extend offer packages in partnership with HR Compensation.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and HR Operations.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with EEO guidelines and firm policies.
