Job summary

The New York Office of an International Law Firm is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for business services across firm departments, including postings, sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

You will proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, conduct market research, salary benchmarking, and maintain accurate records while collaborating across teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in law or professional services.
• Experience managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client service orientation and relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion and judgment.
• Experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for business services across firm departments.
• Post positions, source candidates, review resumes, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers.
• Proactively source through LinkedIn and other channels.
