Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales, recruiting, or a related field; financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to prospect and generate leads via phone and in-person interactions.
• Knowledge of sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for Financial Advisors from sourcing to selection.
• Develop and nurture referral sources within the office and community.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates through recruitment.
• Coordinate recruitment strategies leveraging referrals and local events.
• Collaborate with other recruiters to share leads and best practices.
