• Oversee candidate selection process, including scheduling candidate initial interviews, administering selection tools, and guiding candidates through the process.
• Develop relationships with other Northwestern Mutual recruiters and Advisors to share leads and best practices.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiting Partner - Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team and drive our talent acquisition initiatives forward. In this role, you will help attract top-tier candidates across various functions, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment experience in the Cedar Valley. This person should have a strong work ethic, networking skill set, and a community engagement mindset. The recruiting partner will be responsible for the attraction of new Financial Advisors and College Financial Advisors. They will help lead recruiting activity and goals for our firm along with the Managing Director and Development Officer.
