Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a skilled recruiter to source and place top talent across our North American operations. You will partner with HR leaders, design sourcing strategies, and manage the interview process to deliver a positive candidate experience.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of employment law, and the ability to travel up to 30%. Experience in sales recruiting is a plus, and you will contribute to continuous process improvements within the recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles.
• Ability to Travel: 30%.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates via job boards, social networking, passive recruiting techniques, and other available methodologies.
• Develop relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to foster a healthy recruiting process.
• Determine recruiting strategies based on opening and role, and adequately source.
• Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to track and advance candidates through the workflow.
• Accurately describe the available position and provide a realistic job preview.
• Gather and analyze timely candidate and interviewer feedback.
• Ensure candidate requirements are met and disposition candidates accordingly after the interview.
• Understand and comply with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Recruiting team on ideas to improve processes and strategies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
