Aquent Talent is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies and partner with hiring leaders to build high-performing teams. You will guide intake conversations, shape hiring priorities, and ensure inclusive, bias-free processes across functions.

You will collaborate across HR and the wider business, coach teams, and help elevate the candidate experience while promoting a data-driven, strategic approach to talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or retained search contexts.
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for complex roles.
• Experience with skills-based and competency-based assessments.
• Strong stakeholder consultation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize insights clearly.
