Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Recruiter to deliver excellence across the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, partnering with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and the broader TA team to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, leverage social media and referrals, and coach candidates through selection stages while upholding Baxter’s compensation philosophy and local recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required.
• 1+ years in agency or corporate recruiting/HR.
• Experience building recruitment strategies with the business.
• Intro knowledge of ATS and data accuracy across recruitment journey.
• Able to source for multiple searches and manage several hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting activities through to successful hire with strong candidate sourcing.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build compelling advertising and drive engagement across social media.
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to Hiring Managers and HR.
• Deliver an engaging candidate experience and adapt approaches to fit situations.
• Influence stakeholders around screening, slate, interviewing, and offers.
