Baxter International is seeking a Recruiter to deliver excellence across the Talent Acquisition lifecycle. You will lead direct sourcing, work with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure efficient delivery of hiring projects, and become a trusted advisor on market intelligence and candidate engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in an agency or corporate recruiting or HR role.
• Experience partnering with business units to create effective recruitment strategies.
• Introductory knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and data accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Lead recruiting activities through to successful hire with a strong focus on direct sourcing and talent identification.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build advertising, drive engagement, headhunt, and solicit referrals.
• Provide recruiting insights to Hiring Managers and HR, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver engaging candidate experiences by understanding motivators and adapting approaches.
• Influence stakeholders to drive effective screening, slate presentation, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Represent Baxter’s compensation philosophy during negotiations.
• Coach candidates on selection stages and provide timely feedback per local laws.
• Manage requisitions and ensure real-time system updates through completion.
• Identify and raise risks or compliance issues.
• Collaborate with the business to forecast volumes and inform talent pipelines.
• Continuously learn Baxter knowledge to stay aligned with business needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
