Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Round Lake, IL to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple time zones and business units. You will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure efficient delivery of hiring projects.

You will drive direct sourcing, advertising, and recruitment marketing, while maintaining a positive candidate experience and timely feedback.

Qualifications

3-5 years in Talent Acquisition or related recruiting functions.
Experience recruiting engineering or technical positions preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and partners across stages.
Strong relationships and advisory mindset with internal partners.
Excellent communication and collaboration in an in-house setting.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment activities to successful hires with direct sourcing.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to craft compelling advertisements and drive engagement.
Use recruitment marketing to engage internal and external talent.
Provide market insights and act as a trusted advisor to HR and leadership.
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Manage offers and communicate Baxter’s total compensation philosophy.
Train candidates on preparation and provide timely feedback.
