Job summary

• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn and online recruiting databases.
• Experience with ATS.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and events.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate interview panels and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate during offers, including salary recommendations and start date.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Manage ATS data accuracy and timely updates.
• Support recruitment outreach at career fairs and events.
• Generate reports to track progress and inform decisions.
• Coordinate background and reference checks.
