Job summary

Goodwill of Greater Washington is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and leadership roles within Retail and Contracts.

You will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to build proactive pipelines, drive workforce planning, and strengthen community partnerships to support growth and store openings. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, market insights, and succession planning, with a focus on diversity and inclusive recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant recruiting experience in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple channels.
• Experience partnering with workforce development agencies and community organizations.
• Experience supporting leadership recruitment for scale initiatives and new openings.
• Strong multitasking to manage multiple leadership searches with high candidate quality.
• Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and labor market data to drive decisions.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned geographic region for events and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles in Retail and Contracts.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future leadership needs.
• Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to implement strategic recruitment plans.
• Establish and leverage community partnerships to strengthen employer brand.
• Source candidates, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications for leadership roles.
• Provide data-driven hiring recommendations and market insights to hiring managers.
• Lead recruitment efforts for new store openings and growth initiatives.
• Stay updated on talent acquisition trends and tools to improve effectiveness.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in outreach.
