You will build talent pipelines, use data-driven strategies, coordinate interviews, and strengthen employer branding while ensuring an equitable candidate experience. This role supports mission-driven education initiatives and collaborates with nonprofit partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers to influence decisions.
• Ability to use recruiting data and funnel analytics to diagnose challenges.
• Experience building talent pipelines through sourcing, partnerships, referrals, events, and proactive channels.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate staffing needs into actionable recruitment plans for the DC Region.
• Develop role- and campus-specific recruiting strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Identify talent risks and gaps and recommend strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring fairs, and selection events.
• Partner with hiring managers on timely decisions and closing.
