Job summary

Goodwill of Greater Washington seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles in Retail and Contracts.

You will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition, Retail, and operational leaders to align strategies with business needs, including workforce planning, proactive pipelines, community partnerships, and employer branding. This role will build sustainable leadership talent pipelines for new store openings, contract expansions, and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of recruiting experience in retail or leadership roles.
• Ability to develop strategic sourcing plans across multiple channels.
• Track record partnering with workforce development, community orgs, and employer branding.
• Experience supporting new store openings or expansion projects.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and meet timelines.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Contracts and Retail leadership positions.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines to ensure ongoing candidate flow.
• Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition on strategic recruitment plans.
• Establish community partnerships to strengthen employer brand and attract leadership talent.
• Conduct sourcing, interviews, and assessments to evaluate leadership fit.
• Provide data-driven recruitment insights to hiring managers.
