You will own the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention and offboarding—driving practical HR solutions in a fast-growing environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruitment and HR, with strong relationship-building skills, knowledge of U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Recruitment and HR experience.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of U.S. employment practices and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and business leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement and workforce planning.
• Own the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
• Lead recruitment activities and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire strong talent.
• Develop and implement HR processes, policies and programs as the organization grows.
• Provide practical guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance and employee relations.
• Support initiatives around employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with U.S. employment requirements and best practices.
• Maintain HR data and reporting and continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
