O.R. Colan Associates (ORC) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own searches end-to-end, from intake to accepted offer, across field-based and technical roles.

You’ll source creatively, assess candidates, and partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need strong negotiation skills, knowledge of employment law, and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Competenze

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting with ownership of requisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates through a structured ATS.

Mansioni

• Own requisitions end to end: intake, search strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closure.
• Actively source via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and network.
• Review applications, conduct phone/video screens, and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
• Partner on accurate, compliant job descriptions and push back when needed.
• Negotiate offers balancing ORC interests with candidate expectations and obtain approvals.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged; maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Track metrics and propose improvements to processes and search workflows.
• Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.
