You will develop sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and lead searches from kickoff through hire, while improving our processes and candidate experience.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, thoughtful questioning, and proactive talent engagement across markets and events to build diverse pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to source, engage passive talent, and build pipelines.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and strategies.
• Experience with recruiting data, feedback, and market insights to adjust searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer and hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define profiles.
• Develop effective sourcing and interview strategies and timelines.
