ORC (O.R. Colan Associates) is one of the largest right-of-way and land acquisition firms in the country, with more than 50 years in the business. We handle the real estate side of getting major infrastructure built, including acquisition, relocation, and title, for utility and public-sector projects like transmission lines, pipelines, renewables, highways, airports, and rail. Our mission is simple: inspiring confidence in progress.
We're a people-first company that has earned multiple Top Workplaces awards based on our own employees' feedback. We live by a set of values we call The ORC Way: initiative, respect, knowledge, integrity, and social responsibility.
Right of Way is where infrastructure meets innovation—shaping roads, utilities, and communities for the future. At ORC, we offer more than a job—we offer purpose, stability, and growth. You’ll join a team that values collaboration, workplace flexibility, and long‑term opportunity.
Our Talent Acquisition team has one goal: get quality talent in front of hiring managers as fast as possible. As a TA Partner, you'll own searches from intake to accepted offer, on your own. Many of our roles are specialized and field-based across the country, such as acquisition agents, title professionals, relocation specialists, and project managers. That means you'll regularly work searches where the talent pool is small and the right candidate isn't browsing job boards.
This role is for a recruiter who wants to be trusted with the whole search. You'll need to be a strong assessor, a real partner to hiring managers, and someone who treats every candidate interaction as a reflection of ORC.
You listen for what isn't being said, both by candidates and by hiring managers, and you ask the next question. You adjust your approach to the person and the situation. You check your work before it goes out. You plan ahead so you're not always catching up. When you solve a problem, you work out why it happened so it doesn't happen again. You give credit to the people who helped you get there.
The pay range for this role is $61,000 – $74,000 Your final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications.
Relocation and per diem are not provided.
Base salary is only part of the story. This role may be eligible for incentive opportunities as part of ORC's Talent Acquisition incentive plan . Eligibility, structure, and payout details are subject to company plans and may vary over time.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, it requires a combination of office-based and field work. Employees will spend prolonged periods sitting and performing computer-based tasks, including typing, data entry, and virtual communication, while also regularly traveling to landowner properties, project sites, and government facilities, some of which may be in rural or remote locations with limited accessibility. Driving is an essential function of the role and may involve extended periods and long‑distance travel. Fieldwork may require walking over uneven terrain, standing, or navigating outdoor environments, with routine exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow. The role also involves frequent interaction with a diverse range of individuals, including landowners, government officials, and members of the public, requiring the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism across differing personalities and potentially challenging situations.
