Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Marketing Resource Services Division) in the United States. You will own the full lifecycle recruitment for client-facing roles, build a robust talent pipeline, and partner closely with hiring managers to implement best practices.

In this role you will manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, and collaborate with managers across multiple locations while representing HH Global in North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Proven success recruiting for a variety of business functions.
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple hiring managers concurrently.
• Able to work independently toward recruiting objectives with a sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and respect with a broad range of business partners and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly proficient with MS Office software and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Chat).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for a variety of requisitions across multiple locations, from kickoff to offer negotiation.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline and source top passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.
• Partner with hiring managers, advise on recruiting and interviewing practices, and encourage creative solutions to fill requisitions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, including communications, scheduling, and interview workflows.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and serve as an ambassador for HH Global in the marketplace.
• Maintain all data in the ATS (Ceridian Dayforce).
