HH Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Marketing Resource Services division to lead full lifecycle recruiting for client‑facing roles across North America. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, drive efficient processes, and champion a positive candidate experience.

This role requires coordinating across sourcing, interviewing, and offers while staying aligned with market trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Proven success recruiting for a variety of business functions.
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple hiring managers concurrently.
• Able to work independently toward recruiting objectives with a sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and respect with a broad range of business partners and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for a variety of requisitions across multiple locations, from recruiting kickoff, sourcing, interview management, and offer negotiation.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline and source top passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.
• Serve as a partner to our hiring managers, advise on best recruiting and interviewing practices, and encourage creative solutions to fill challenging and complex requisitions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, including managing candidate communications, scheduling, and interview workflows.
• Keep up to date on industry and market trends and serve as an ambassador for HH Global in the marketplace.
• Maintain all pertinent application and interview data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ceridian Dayforce.
