Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for its Marketing Resource Services Division. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting for client-facing roles, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth process and an excellent candidate experience.

You will build a strong talent pipeline through creative sourcing, networking and social channels, while representing HH Global Group as a market ambassador across North America and maintaining data in Ceridian

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Proven success recruiting for a variety of business functions.
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple hiring managers concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for requisitions across multiple locations, kickoff to offer negotiation.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, cold calling, networking and social media.
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting and interviewing practices and fill challenging requisitions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with communications, scheduling and interview workflows.
• Maintain all data in our ATS Ceridian Dayforce and stay aligned with market trends.

Talent Acquisition Partner (Marketing Resource Services Division)

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role as a recruiting partner for client-facing positions. This person will cultivate relationships with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient and effective recruiting process and use creative sourcing strategies to meet client and business needs. They will drive positive candidate experiences and serve as an ambassador for HH Global across North America as we continue to grow.

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for a variety of requisitions across multiple locations, from recruiting kickoff, sourcing, interview management, and offer negotiation.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline and source top passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.
• Serve as a partner to our hiring managers, advise on best recruiting and interviewing practices, and encourage creative solutions to fill challenging and complex requisitions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, including managing candidate communications, scheduling, and interview workflows.
• Keep up to date on industry and market trends and serve as an ambassador for HH Global in the marketplace.
• Maintain all pertinent application and interview data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ceridian Dayforce.

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, or equivalent business skills that relate to the core competencies of the role
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Proven success recruiting for a variety of business functions.
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple hiring managers concurrently.
• Able to work independently toward recruiting objectives with a sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and respect with a broad range of business partners and hiring managers.
• Highly proficient with MS Office software and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Chat)

• The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
