HH Global Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for the Marketing Resource Services Division. This role partners with client-facing teams to recruit for an array of requisitions, builds pipelines, and guides managers through interviewing and offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience across North America.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to balance multiple requisitions while delivering creative sourcing

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Proven success recruiting for a variety of business functions.
• Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple hiring managers concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for a variety of requisitions across multiple locations.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline and source top passive talent through sourcing and networking.
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting and interviewing practices and creative solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience including communications, scheduling, and workflows.
• Maintain all data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Talent Acquisition Partner (Marketing Resource Services Division)

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role as a recruiting partner for client-facing positions. This person will cultivate relationships with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient and effective recruiting process and use creative sourcing strategies to meet client and business needs. They will drive positive candidate experiences and serve as an ambassador for HH Global across North America as we continue to grow.

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for a variety of requisitions across multiple locations, from recruiting kickoff, sourcing, interview management, and offer negotiation.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline and source top passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.
• Serve as a partner to our hiring managers, advise on best recruiting and interviewing practices, and encourage creative solutions to fill challenging and complex requisitions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, including managing candidate communications, scheduling, and interview workflows.
• Keep up to date on industry and market trends and serve as an ambassador for HH Global in the marketplace.
• Maintain all pertinent application and interview data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ceridian Dayforce.

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, or equivalent business skills that relate to the core competencies of the role
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Proven success recruiting for a variety of business functions.
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple hiring managers concurrently.
• Able to work independently toward recruiting objectives with a sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and respect with a broad range of business partners and hiring managers.
• Highly proficient with MS Office software and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Chat)

• The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
