Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for its Marketing Resource Services Division. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting for client-facing roles, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth process and an excellent candidate experience.

You will build a strong talent pipeline through creative sourcing, networking and social channels, while representing HH Global Group as a market ambassador across North America and maintaining data in Ceridian

Qualifications

3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
Proven success recruiting for a variety of business functions.
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.
Proven ability to partner with multiple hiring managers concurrently.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for requisitions across multiple locations, kickoff to offer negotiation.
Develop a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, cold calling, networking and social media.
Advise hiring managers on recruiting and interviewing practices and fill challenging requisitions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience with communications, scheduling and interview workflows.
Maintain all data in our ATS Ceridian Dayforce and stay aligned with market trends.
