Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Marketing Resource Services Division to drive full lifecycle recruiting for client-facing roles across North America. This role operates within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone in the United States.

You will build a strong talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while managing interview workflows and ATS data to support HH Global's growth goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Proven success recruiting for diverse business functions.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment lifecycle understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for client-facing roles across locations.
• Develop talent pipelines via sourcing, cold calls, networking and social media.
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting and interviewing best practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and streamlined interview workflows.
• Maintain ATS data and stay updated on market trends.
