New-Indy Containerboard is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting for a 2000+ employee manufacturing organization. You will build talent pipelines for critical roles in plant operations, engineering, and IT, and partner with business-unit HR leaders to align workforce plans with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience finding passive talent in manufacturing or heavy‑industry settings.
• Familiarity with engineering disciplines and industrial IT/OT environments.
• Experience managing job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offers in an ATS.
• Ability to advise HR leaders and hiring managers in fast‑paced hiring.
• Strong cold outreach and storytelling to pitch the company’s value proposition.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and provide strategic workforce advice.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies in manufacturing, engineering, and IT.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and networks to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial phone screens assessing technical baseline and cultural fit.
• Partner with HR leaders to understand workforce needs and market constraints.
• Serve as SME on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and channels.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure seamless handoffs in the ATS/HRIS.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for select roles from intake to offer.
• Ensure high‑touch candidate experience reflecting company culture and brand.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
