Welch Packaging Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across our Indiana facilities. You will partner with site leaders to define candidate profiles and timelines, drive sourcing strategies, and oversee interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.

The role requires 2+ years in recruiting or HR, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or related experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume or manufacturing environments preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, priorities, and timelines.
• Execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and evaluate candidates using structured, behavioral interviews.
• Guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process.
• Drive timely decisions by providing feedback to managers.
• Manage offer process, approvals, negotiations, and closing.
• Own preboarding to ensure smooth start date transition.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust strategies for better outcomes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with workforce needs.
• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to site leadership.
