Job summary

Major Tool & Machine in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead staffing and onboarding and act as a generalist for HR areas. You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate recruiting activities, and ensure ATS and compliance with federal and state requirements.

The role reports to the HR Manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent and 3+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing; ADP Workforce ATS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in maintaining recruiting ATS required; experience with ADP Workforce ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and onboarding of new hires for manufacturing operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and manage applicant tracking.
• Assist with employee communications as needed.
