Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, priorities, and timelines.
• Execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and evaluate candidates using structured and behavioral-based interviews.
• Guide hiring managers through interview and selection processes.
• Drive timely decision-making with consistent feedback.
• Manage offer process, including approvals and negotiations.
• Own preboarding from offer to start date.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust strategies.
