Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic advisor for salaried hiring across our manufacturing network. You will influence hiring decisions, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with plant leadership and HR to attract top talent that drives safety, productivity, and business performance.

The role emphasizes consultative partnership, candidate assessments, and compliance, with a focus on building strong pipelines and improving hiring outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Strong candidate assessment and sourcing capabilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements including EEO, OFCCP, and DOL.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for salaried positions across our manufacturing network, including Plant Leadership, Production & Operations Management, CI, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance Leadership, and technical/professional support.
• Develop talent market strategies using labor market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Guide better hiring decisions through structured, competency-based selection practices with hiring managers.
• Create exceptional experiences with proactive communication and consultative guidance throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Support hiring excellence by ensuring compliance and maintaining recruiting documentation in the ATS.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders to align recruiting plans with business objectives and workforce needs.
