Job summary

Valmont Industries in Tulsa, OK is seeking a strategic recruiter to partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruiting strategies and strong talent pipelines across multiple locations.

The role leads full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing production positions, supports multiple sites, and travels up to 10% for events and partnerships with local schools and workforce programs. Excellent candidate experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of recruiting experience, or Associate’s with 5+ years, or 7+ years total experience.
• 3+ years in a recruitment role involving sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruiting events.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Strong candidate experience, negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective recruiting strategies with hiring managers and HR Partners across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for production, skilled trades, and professional roles.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions at multiple sites.
• Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, on-site) and manage candidate communications.
• Forecast hiring needs and partner with external organizations to attract top talent.
