Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in recruitment or an Associate’s with 5+ years.
• 3+ years in recruitment involving sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Experience partnering with managers and executives throughout the cycle.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 10% to manufacturing facilities to support hiring initiatives and events.
• Develop talent pipelines for production, skilled trades, and professional roles.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, schedules, and communications to ensure a smooth process.
• Partner with site leadership and HR teams to forecast needs and improve sourcing metrics.
