Job summary

PAI Pharma is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles across production, skilled trades, quality, maintenance, and warehouse functions at our Greenville, SC site.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to forecast needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience, while maintaining robust pipelines for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Three or more years of full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable ATS/HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing, Operations, HR, and department leaders to assess staffing needs and establish hiring priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, quality, maintenance, and warehouse positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, referrals, career fairs, and local talent channels.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and hiring events with timely communication.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify trends to improve outcomes.
