• Experience supporting change management, HR projects, and organizational design initiatives.
• Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and workforce analytics.

• Employee & Labor Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with laws.
• Culture & Engagement: Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture and wellbeing.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and ethical HR practices.
• Change Management: Support HR aspects of organizational change and transitions.
• HR Team Support: Assist in talent development and performance improvement projects.
