Job summary

PAI Pharma is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles across shifts. You will partner with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams, shaping sourcing strategies and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

You will build diverse talent pipelines, use recruiting metrics to guide actions, and advise managers throughout the hiring process while ensuring compliant practices and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business/related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly hiring and skilled-trades or technical recruitment.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing, Operations, HR, and department leaders to assess staffing needs and establish hiring priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, quality, maintenance, and warehouse roles across shifts.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social networks, referrals, and local talent channels.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and hiring events with timely communication to candidates and teams.
