Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist – Finance and ITT to partner with Corporate functions across North America.

You will own the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through offer, across Finance, Accounting and IT/Technology, leveraging Workday and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing plans. You'll manage multiple sites, implement creative sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while driving continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting and IT roles in a public company
• Experience with Workday Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process at multiple PCI sites
• Collaborate with the broader TA team and hiring managers to develop a compelling recruitment & sourcing strategy
• Work directly with hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies, candidate management, interview and selection approach
• Liaise between internal and external candidates and hiring managers
• Engage with a diverse range of hiring managers to teach effective interviewing and assessment skills
• Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and collaborate to make informed hiring decisions
• Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the complete interview processes
• Lead interview debriefs and gather standardized interview feedback
• Effectively work within internal Applicant Tracking System (Workday), including requisition initiation and management, candidate communications, candidate dispositioning, and candidate workflow management
