PiovanGroup North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles. The role partners with hiring managers and HR partners to attract, identify, and hire qualified talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience in a manufacturing environment.

The position is hybrid, primarily based in Cranberry Township, PA, and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing/industrial roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Source candidates via platforms, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Extend offers and manage onboarding steps.
