Integrated Power Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple sites. You will partner with managers, build pipelines, and drive hiring strategies to attract top engineering, corporate, and sales talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally engineering/corporate/sales.
• Strong grasp of technology, technical roles, and related skill sets.
• Thorough knowledge of recruiting strategies, best practices, and employment laws.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Effective at time management and meeting deadlines.
• Discretion and integrity handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Execute full cycle recruiting processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to tailor recruitment plans.
• Evaluate candidates via resume reviews, screening, and interviews for qualifications and fit.
• Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
• Promote an employment brand and market jobs to attract talent with an unmatched customer experience.
• Collaborate with managers and leaders to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Build candidate pipelines for key roles and maintain regular contact with prospects.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and advise stakeholders on sourcing, compensation benchmarking, and job content.
• Interface with hiring managers, applicants, and new employees regularly.
• Manage additional recruitment projects as needed.
