Job summary

Pgna in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract, identify, and hire qualified talent while delivering a positive candidate experience in a manufacturing setting.

This hybrid role spans requisition approvals through onboarding, with emphasis on workforce planning and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency setting.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, skilled trades, engineering, operations, supply chain, or other industrial roles.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried recruitment efforts.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms, and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the approval process for new position requisitions and post openings in ATS and external job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, qualifications, and interview processes.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using recruiting platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on pipelines and progress.
• Develop and extend employment offers in line with policies and compensation guidelines.
• Initiate background screenings and onboarding activities after offer acceptance.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure onboarding requirements are met.
