Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (manufacturing or high-volume preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred (required for Production roles).
• Experience supporting specialized recruitment (skilled trades or leadership roles preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with ATS systems and data-driven recruiting.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Partnership: Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate workforce plans into proactive recruiting strategies.
• Manage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance and drive structured interview processes.
• Lead intake meetings to define success profiles and selection criteria; ensure timely movement of candidates.
• Build and maintain active pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across production and leadership.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador in the community.
