Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support multiple sites in the Greater Harrisburg area. You will lead high-volume recruitment for manufacturing roles, partner with HR and hiring managers, and drive end-to-end sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume non-exempt recruitment experience.
• Experience in Industrial Technology and Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience recruiting for multiple Manufacturing/Operations areas (skilled and semi-skilled).
• Motivated, results-driven, able to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of recruitment databases and external job websites.

Responsibilities

• Identify personnel needs, job specs, duties, qualifications, and skills.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, engagement, pre-screening, offers, system setup, and onboarding.
• Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
• Provide detailed candidate information to hiring managers for review.
• Partner with local HR to evaluate compensation packages.
• Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline.
• Manage local recruitment agency relationships for contract hiring.
• Assist with onboarding administration and new-hire orientation tasks.
• Identify initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and reporting of hires and HC metrics.
