Job summary

McLane is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead the Talent Marketing strategy, aligning brand, digital campaigns, analytics, and leadership. You will partner with Corporate Marketing and TA leadership to elevate employer branding nationwide.

This role drives candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion through multi-channel campaigns, CRM, and data-driven insights, while developing a high-performing TA marketing team in Temple, TX with regional nuance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or brand strategy.
• Proven experience leading or influencing marketing initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and campaign analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve employer brand strategy across national and regional markets.
• Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, social media, career sites, and targeted outreach.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion.
• Oversee development of marketing assets (digital, print, video, and social content) and measure campaign performance.
• Lead and develop a team of Talent Analysts, driving performance and growth.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, or related field
