Qualifications

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
• Ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across high-volume requisitions and leadership/corporate roles.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing methods.
• Plan and execute hiring events and community outreach to support volume hiring goals.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring managers.
