Essex Property Trust is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles and support corporate and leadership hiring. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, proactively build pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes equity and inclusion, data-driven decision making, and strong candidate experience. This is a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA with a 4-day in-office cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience with high-volume hiring.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
• Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple requisitions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles and corporate/leadership searches.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Plan and execute hiring events and community outreach.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Implement process improvements to streamline hiring and reduce bottlenecks.
• Champion a seamless candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure fair evaluation and diverse hire outcomes.
