Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with revenue-generating placements.
• Manage multi-role, multi-location hiring in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct headhunting, passive engagement & modern sourcing channels.
• Fluent with ATS, recruitment automation and AI-powered tools.
• Self-directed, initiative-taking with fast, effective decisions.
• Data-driven mindset to track metrics and present insights.
• Executive presence with strong communication to senior leadership.
