Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting mid- to senior-level professional and/or technical talent.
• Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load (20-30 roles) across multiple locations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a consultative recruiting model.
• Knowledge of AI-driven sourcing and data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20–30 mid- to senior-level professional and technical requisitions across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive outreach.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and ATS capabilities to optimize sourcing workflows and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role requirements and align on expectations.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, debriefs, and offers.
• Build consultative relationships with stakeholders, advising on market trends and candidate availability.
• Maintain clear communication on search progress, pipeline quality, and timelines.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with timely feedback and professional Gen representation.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve pipeline quality and inform strategy.
• Ensure compliance with processes and internal policies across recruitment stages.
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
