Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing plans.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to offer.
• Source actively for high-priority roles using multiple channels.
• Maintain pipeline for current and future openings.
• Ensure ATS is used accurately for resumes, tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with TA team to enhance employer branding and processes.
